FRM220A-1000EAS-X QinQ Settings
Last Updated 6 years ago
Service providers typically will carry Ethernet traffic over their network using IEEE802.1ad, which is also commonly known as QinQ, outer tagging, double tagging or S-tagging. This will allow the service provider to carry a customer's tagged (IEEE802.1Q) traffic over the provider's network. Here is a setting example for the FRM220A-1000EAS/X.
Note: This setting logic will also work for the 1000EAS/X-1 and the old FRM220-1000EAS.
