FRM220-NMC password reset

The NMC has no 'back door' or a secret 'super user' password.
The recovery method is to do a special filesystem upload into the flash from local console and bootloader, which upon rebooting will clear the password, which is stored in non-volatile EEPROM. Then, again, via local console and bootloader, write the correct software image to the NMC flash. The NMC can then be booted normally and logged in without password.
