Industrial Managed Switch unable to boot

Connect via local serial console @115.2k,8,N,1
Please try booting the backup partition:

Redboot> fi lo -d managed.bk
Redboot> go

If you can boot the backup partition, then load the default and connect by web. Perform an upgrade with latest image and this should re-write the partition, unless the flash is physically damaged.

load default:
# reload default

Default IP is 10.1.1.1, username=admin with no password
Upgrade is performed via web, under the 'Maintenance' menu

Following an upgrade, the original corrupt partition should be re-written with the new image and the device will boot from that partition. If this works, the device should be considered as fully recovered. If there is still an issue booting, the flash is damaged and need to be returned for factory repair.
